Different mosaic design techniques and  materials were incorporated in the piece. The upper butterfly wings have fused glass, tempered glass and smalti. The bottom wings have mirror glass with stained glass and fused glass. Millifori was used throughout. The main point of creating this piece was to learn and apply a variety of techniques and materials.

Cats Meow is a mosaic sculpture that is 3 1/2 feet tall. The infrastructure is plywood, foam and cement. The design  uses custom fused glass, stain glass and glass tile. This piece may be seen in Jewett Texas along the Leon County Sculpture trail.
